What is a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

A separate server would need to be co-located or rented in our data center to host third-party products. Depending on which of the third-party products you wish to host, one of our Software as a Service Partners may already offer a hosted service that meets your needs.

Can I get customized reports and screens with Sage Accpac Online applications?
Yes. Sage Software certified consultants have the software tools necessary to create any customized reports and screens that you need for most applications. Any custom report or screen files generated by the certified consultants are sent to Sage Accpac Online’s data center and set up in your company directory.

What level of technical support do I receive if I subscribe to Sage OnDemand’s applications?
We provide 24/7 technical support on any issues related to the infrastructure and delivery of the online applications. Issues that relate to applying the online applications to your business processes, custom reports, or training on how to use the hosted service will be referred to local Sage Software business partners.
